Walk-in Appointments
To secure a same-day appointment, please call the clinic early as spots are limited. Once all available appointments are booked, we cannot accommodate additional requests.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to maintain timely care for all patients. Punctuality ensures we stay on schedule and provide efficient service.
Family Medicine
Your first appointment will be a meet-and-greet with the doctor to assess your health needs. Joining Pine Creek Medical Clinic requires mutual agreement between you and your family doctor, and you may only register with one family doctor at our clinic. Please use our online booking system to manage your appointments, allowing up to 3 business days for responses.
Clinic Etiquette
To protect both equipment and patient safety, please ensure children do not handle any medical instruments. Parents will be responsible for any damages. Verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other patients will result in immediate dismissal from the clinic.

Keep your contact details updated, including phone numbers and email addresses. The clinic may reach out regarding appointments or medical information; it is your responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality of any messages.
Medical Advice
For medical advice or test result reviews, please book an appointment, as our staff are not authorized to provide this information over the phone.
Prescription Renewals
Schedule prescription renewals in advance, ideally at least one week before running out of medication. Renewals will not be processed by phone without a consultation, unless specifically directed by your doctor.
Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a fee. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer your slot to another patient.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Personal health information is managed according to federal and provincial privacy laws, including PIPEDA. We only share information with authorized healthcare providers as necessary.
Medical Records Requests
To request copies of your medical records, submit a written request. A fee may apply, and processing may take up to 10 business days, following Canadian privacy regulations.
Insurance and Billing
Patients without provincial health coverage are responsible for payment at the time of service. Please verify coverage with your insurance provider, as it is your responsibility to ensure your policy includes services from our clinic.
